Do I need an account to order?
No. You may check out as a guest. An account can make order tracking and repeat purchases easier.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We try to help within 48 hours of purchase, but an order cannot be changed after it has entered fulfilment.

Which currency is used?

How long does delivery take?
Processing normally takes 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is estimated at 7–14 business days after dispatch, but customs and carrier delays can add time.

Returns and refunds

Who pays return shipping?
The customer normally pays unless the order arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.
When will a refund arrive?
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post them.
Product use
Can the repair compound be used on safety-critical parts?
Do not use it on structural, load-critical, pressurized or safety-critical parts unless the product packaging expressly rates it for that application.
